No. The AI Portrait Atelier by Ralf is not an automated AI image platform. AI is used as a creative tool, but the process is guided by me as a portrait photographer. Each gallery is created, selected and refined with a photographer’s eye for light, expression, composition, visual direction and final image coherence.
I am a fine art portrait photographer and the founder of PhotoArt by Ralf, a portrait studio based in Herastrau, Bucharest. For over four years, I have created portrait campaigns dedicated to women, bringing their stories into visual experiences, exhibitions and gala events through The Muse Series. I created The AI Portrait Atelier by Ralf to support entrepreneurs, experts and personal brands with polished imagery created faster, with a more accessible investment, while still benefiting from a photographer’s eye.
The difference is artistic curation. Instead of receiving a large automated batch of mixed results, your collection is reviewed, selected, and refined by Ralf, using her experience in glamour and fine art portraiture.
Signature Personal Brand AI is the best choice if you want a more personalized and elevated portrait experience.
In this package, your images are not created only around visual directions, but also around styling, presence and brand perception. You receive personalized outfit guidance created for you, based on your form answers, with the support of a stylist trained in Milan and shaped by over 20 years of living in Lake Como.

This service is created for entrepreneurs, founders, consultants, coaches, therapists, speakers, creatives, service-based professionals and personal brands who need polished, versatile images for their website, LinkedIn, social media, press features and online presence.
Not necessarily. You need clear photographs where your face is visible from different angles. During the process, you will receive simple guidance on what type of images work best.
You will be asked to upload 10–15 recent photos of yourself. The best photos are clear, sharp, well lit and representative of how you look today. Your face should be visible, your eyes should be clear, and the photos should not have heavy filters or strong editing.
If you do not have clear, recent photos that represent how you look today, the Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience may be the best option. This package includes a focused studio session with me in Bucharest, where we create fresh studio portraits, plus AI-assisted business and personal brand images.
If the uploaded photos are not suitable for the best results, you may be asked to send additional images before the creative process begins. Clear, recent and natural photos help create portraits that feel more realistic, refined and connected to your actual features.
Visual directions are creative style categories that help define the look, mood and communication purpose of your final gallery. You can choose from a curated selection of directions such as The Elegant Founder, Executive Portrait, The Creative Signature, Soft Authority, Luxury Editorial Business, Modern Minimalist, PR & Press Ready, Premium Social Media and Luxury Lifestyle Brand.
Not necessarily. The final distribution of the images may vary depending on your uploaded photos, your selected directions, your brand goals and the overall coherence of the final gallery. The goal is not a rigid distribution, but a polished and useful final gallery.
The portraits are AI-generated artistic interpretations based on your photographs. The goal is to create a refined visual likeness and mood, but AI portraits are not identical to traditional photography.
Each package can include a clear curation process. Depending on the chosen package, refinements or additional directions may be available.
The Signature Personal Brand AI package includes a personalized styling direction created in collaboration with an experienced stylist who has lived in Lake Como for over 20 years and studied in Milan.
Based on your answers in the form, your brand, your profession and the way you want to be perceived, she will create 4 outfit directions for your selected visual styles. This gives your final gallery a more refined, intentional and coherent visual identity — not just beautiful portraits, but images that feel aligned with your personal brand.

One revision round includes minor refinements to the final gallery or selected images. This may include small adjustments in image selection, mood, overall consistency or direction. It does not include a complete recreation of the gallery, changing all selected visual directions or generating a completely new concept after delivery.
Creative Refresh is included in the Signature Personal Brand AI package. It means one additional creative refinement for one of your selected visual directions. If one direction does not fully capture the vibe you wanted, I can create a few alternative versions for that specific direction based on your feedback. Creative Refresh does not mean recreating the full gallery or changing all visual directions after delivery.
Business AI Portraits is delivered in 3 business days. Signature Personal Brand AI is delivered in 5 business days. Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience is delivered in 7 days after the studio session. Timelines begin after payment confirmation and after all required materials are complete.
Makeup and hair are not included in the Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience, nevertheless I can help you with stylist recommendations close to the studio.
The studio session included in the Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience takes place in my studio in Herastrau, Bucharest, by appointment at info@photoartbyralf.com
Yes. Your final portraits are created for professional personal brand use, including your website, LinkedIn, social media, newsletters, presentations, speaker bios and press features.
Yes. Your images are delivered privately and are not shared publicly without your permission.
Only with your explicit permission. Your images will not be used publicly on the website, social media or portfolio without your consent.
The images are created for personal brand and professional communication. Extended commercial use, paid advertising campaigns, third-party brand campaigns, product endorsements or resale may require separate written permission and additional usage terms.
At this stage, payment is made by bank transfer. The bank details are shown inside the order form and on the confirmation screen after submitting the form. Your order is confirmed after the payment is received. The creative process begins after payment confirmation and after all required materials are complete.
Yes. An invoice will be issued after payment confirmation, using the billing details provided in the order form.
Yes. Your final portraits are delivered in high-resolution format, together with web and social media ready versions for easier online use across your website, LinkedIn and social media. The exact crops and formats may vary depending on the final images and their intended use.
