No. The AI Portrait Atelier by Ralf is not an automated AI image platform. AI is used as a creative tool, but the process is guided by me as a portrait photographer. Each gallery is created, selected and refined with a photographer’s eye for light, expression, composition, visual direction and final image coherence.
I am a fine art portrait photographer and the founder of PhotoArt by Ralf, a portrait studio based in Herastrau, Bucharest. For over five years, I have created portrait campaigns dedicated to women, bringing their stories into visual experiences, exhibitions and gala events through The Muse Series. I created The AI Portrait Atelier by Ralf to support entrepreneurs, experts and personal brands with polished imagery created faster, with a more accessible investment, while still benefiting from a photographer’s eye.

For the Signature Personal Brand AI package, the experience also includes styling direction created in collaboration with a real image consultant, so your outfits, colors and visual presence feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to be perceived.

Not necessarily. You need clear photographs where your face is visible from different angles. During the process, you will receive simple guidance on what type of images work best.
This service is created for entrepreneurs, founders, consultants, coaches, therapists, speakers, creatives, service-based professionals and personal brands who need polished, versatile images for their website, LinkedIn, social media, press features and online presence.
You will be asked to upload 10–15 recent photos of yourself. The best photos are clear, sharp, well lit and representative of how you look today. Your face should be visible, your eyes should be clear, and the photos should not have heavy filters or strong editing.
If the uploaded photos are not suitable for the best results, you may be asked to send additional images before the creative process begins. Clear, recent and natural photos help create portraits that feel more realistic, refined and connected to your actual features. If you do not have clear, recent photos that represent how you look today, the Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience may be the best option. This package includes a focused studio session with me in Bucharest, where we create fresh studio portraits, plus AI-assisted business and personal brand images.
A Style Identity is the main visual direction of your portrait gallery. It defines the overall mood, tone, styling inspiration and professional presence of your images.
You choose one Style Identity from a curated selection of five: Modern Minimalist, Executive Portrait, Soft Authority, The Elegant Founder or The Creative Signature. Ralf then translates that direction into a complete, coherent gallery with different professional uses.

The portraits are AI-generated artistic interpretations based on your photographs. The goal is to create a refined visual likeness and mood, but AI portraits are not identical to traditional photography.
Yes. All packages include a curated final gallery and one edit at the client’s request.
This means that after receiving your portraits, you can request one round of adjustments related to image selection, visual coherence or small refinements. One revision may include minor refinements to the final gallery or selected images. It does not include recreating the full gallery, changing the selected Style Identity after delivery or creating a completely new concept.

Business AI Portraits is delivered up to 3 business days. Signature Personal Brand AI is deliveredup to 5 business days. Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience is delivered up to 7 days after the studio session. Timelines begin after payment confirmation and after all required materials are complete.
Makeup and hair are not included in the Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience, nevertheless I can help you with stylist recommendations close to the studio.
The studio session included in the Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience takes place in my studio in Herastrau, Bucharest, by appointment at info@photoartbyralf.com

The images are created for personal brand and professional communication. Extended commercial use, paid advertising campaigns, third-party brand campaigns, product endorsements or resale may require separate written permission and additional usage terms.
Yes. An invoice will be issued after payment confirmation, using the billing details provided in the order form.
