About the service The AI Portrait Atelier by Ralf offers AI-assisted business and personal brand portrait experiences.AI is used as a creative tool. The final gallery is selected, refined and curated by Ralf with the eye of a portrait photographer.This is not an automated AI image platform. Each final gallery is created individually based on the client’s uploaded photos, selected visual directions, brand information and the overall coherence of the final image selection.2. Available experiences The available experiences may include:Business AI Portraits Signature Personal Brand AI Hybrid Brand Portrait ExperienceEach experience includes different deliverables, timelines and levels of creative direction, as described on the website at the time of booking.We reserve the right to update package names, pricing, deliverables and availability at any time. Confirmed orders will be honored according to the package selected and paid for at the time of purchase.3. Client responsibilities The client is responsible for completing the portrait form after payment. The creative process cannot begin until the form, selected visual directions, billing details and required photos have been submitted.The client is responsible for providing accurate personal, billing and brand information.The client must upload clear, recent and representative photos of themselves.The client confirms that the uploaded photos are of them and that they have the right to use those photos for this creative process.The client understands that the quality, clarity and variety of the uploaded photos may influence the final AI-assisted results.If the uploaded photos are not suitable, we may request additional photos before beginning the creative process.4. AI-assisted creative process The client understands that the final images are AI-assisted creative portraits and may not be identical to traditional studio photographs.The final images are artistic interpretations based on the uploaded photos, selected visual directions and Ralf’s final curation.Visual directions are creative starting points, not fixed templates. Final results may vary depending on the client’s photos, brand goals, selected directions and the coherence of the final gallery.We do not guarantee exact replication of any reference image, pose, outfit, background, facial expression or visual style.5. Payment Payment is made online by card through a secure third-party payment processor.The client selects the desired portrait experience and completes the payment before submitting the portrait form.After payment is completed, the client is redirected to the portrait form, where they must provide the required personal, billing, brand and photo upload information.The order is considered submitted after both steps are completed:- The payment has been successfully received.
- The portrait form has been completed with all required materials.
The creative process begins only after payment confirmation and after all required information and photos have been received.An invoice will be issued after payment confirmation, using the billing details provided by the client.We do not collect or store full card details. Card payments are processed securely by the payment provider.6. Delivery timelines Delivery timelines depend on the selected experience and begin only after payment confirmation and after all required materials have been completed and submitted through the portrait form.Business AI Portraits: delivery in approximately 3 days after payment confirmation and complete form submission.Signature Personal Brand AI: delivery in approximately 5 business days after payment confirmation and complete form submission.Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience: delivery in approximately 7 days after the studio session and after all required materials are complete.Delivery timelines may be extended if additional photos, missing information or clarification are required.7. Edits and Creative Refresh Each experience includes one edit.One edit may include minor refinements to the final gallery or selected images. It does not include recreating the full gallery, changing all selected visual directions or generating a completely new concept after delivery.Creative Refresh is included only in the Signature Personal Brand AI experience.Creative Refresh means one additional creative refinement for one selected visual direction, based on the client’s feedback. It does not mean recreating the entire gallery.8. Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience The Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience includes a focused studio session in Bucharest, photographed by Ralf, combined with AI-assisted brand imagery.This package does not replace the full PhotoArt by Ralf studio portrait experience, which may include a more elaborate creative process, extended posing direction, makeup and hair options, fine art retouching and a more complete portrait production.Makeup and hair are not included in the Hybrid Brand Portrait Experience unless explicitly agreed separately.9. Cancellations and refunds Because this is a personalized digital creative service, once the portrait form has been submitted and the creative process has started, payments are non-refundable.If the client changes their mind after payment but before submitting the portrait form and before the creative process begins, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.No refund is offered if the client fails to provide suitable photos, necessary information or feedback after the order has been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.10. Usage rights The client receives the right to use the final delivered images for personal brand and professional communication purposes, including:Website LinkedIn Instagram Facebook Newsletters Presentations Speaker bios Press features Media kits Online profiles Personal brand communicationExtended commercial use, advertising campaigns, third-party brand campaigns, product endorsements or resale of the images may require separate written permission and additional usage terms.11. Copyright and ownership The final images are created as part of a curated creative process by The AI Portrait Atelier by Ralf.The client receives usage rights for the final delivered images, but does not receive ownership of the full creative process, prompts, unused images, rejected outputs, drafts, working files or internal creative materials.The client may not claim authorship of the creative process or resell the images as stock images, templates, AI datasets or standalone creative assets.12. Portfolio use We will not use the client’s uploaded source photos or final images publicly without explicit permission.If the client gives permission for selected final images to be used in the portfolio, website or social media, this permission can be withdrawn by contacting us at INFO@PHOTOARTBYRALF.COM13. Privacy Client data and uploaded photos are handled according to our Privacy Policy.Uploaded source photos are deleted within 30 days after the final gallery is delivered, unless a longer retention period is required for a specific legal, accounting or dispute-related reason.14. Limitations We aim to create polished, professional and coherent AI-assisted portraits. However, because AI-assisted creation depends on many factors, including uploaded photos and selected directions, we cannot guarantee exact likeness, specific backgrounds, exact outfits, exact poses or identical results to examples shown on the website.Gallery images, visual examples and mood references shown on the website are used for inspiration and positioning only. They are not fixed templates or guaranteed exact outcomes.15. Changes to the service We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue any service, package, price, deliverable or website content at any time.Confirmed and paid orders will be delivered according to the terms agreed at the time of purchase.16. Governing law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication in good faith.17.
